Indianapolis, IN – Lionfish Cyber Security, a disabled vet owned business, in conjunction the Department of Homeland Security Cyber Defense Force for the city of Indianapolis, will be presenting a cyber security awareness class at Camp Atterbury on October 8, 2021 for the 2/20th Special Forces Group (Airborne).
“National Cybersecurity Awareness Month was the perfect time to hold this class,” said Jeremy Miller, CEO of Lionfish Cyber Security. “Cyberterrorism is a threat to all Americans whether we know it or not. Giving this class is a fitting way to help in the fight against cybercrime and cyberterrorism.”
Mr. Miller served with the special forces in Afghanistan during 2009. He knows what is needed behind the line and finds solace in helping current members of the special forces become more aware of the cyber threats that exist in the world today.
Presenting on behalf of Lionfish is Leo Doyle. Leo Doyle is head of the Cyber Defense Force for the city of Indianapolis, part of the IMPD Homeland Security Bureau, and also serves as subject matter expert to the Mayor, Governor, and members of Congress. He has degrees in electrical engineering and computer science. He is a Life Member of Mensa. He was vice president of the third-largest Internet provider in the world and started the first commercial Internet company in Indiana in 1992. He was a professor at Purdue, teaching computer science. He is an entrepreneur and enjoys collecting odd cars.
